1. Who we are

This website (ux3.studio) is operated by Łukasz Michnik, working under the name UX3 Studio, based in Rzeszów, Poland.

2. What data we collect

You can browse this website freely. We don't have accounts, a contact form, a newsletter, or any sign-up.

The only data processed is basic technical information that our hosting provider handles automatically to serve the site and keep it secure — such as your IP address and standard server logs. We don't use this to identify you or build any profile.

If you choose to email us, we only process whatever you put in your message.

We also use privacy-friendly analytics (see the Analytics section) that collect anonymous, aggregated statistics only.

3. Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand overall site traffic and performance. These tools are cookieless: they don't set tracking cookies, don't identify individual visitors, and don't build profiles across visits. They collect only anonymous, aggregated data such as page views, referral sources, country, and device type. 4. Hosting

The website is hosted on infrastructure provided by Vercel Inc., which processes basic technical data (such as IP address and server logs) on our behalf to serve the site and keep it secure.

We also use Cloudflare Inc. as a content delivery and security layer. Visitor traffic is routed through Cloudflare, which processes basic technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site faster and protect it against malicious traffic and bots, acting as our processor.

Both providers may process data outside the EU under standard safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to:

  • show you what data we hold about you
  • correct it
  • delete it
  • restrict or object to how we use it
